This work is a moment of silence between darkness and light. This is a state when dawn has not yet dawned, but gold is already shimmering in the air, reminding us: light is always near
This is a landscape, but at the same time it is abstract, because it does not describe a specific place, but rather a state. This is a "transitional" accent - like a pause between night and morning, like a state of searching for light within the darkness.
It is precisely the transitional state, when there is not yet full dawn, but the night is already receding, that is about expectation, hope and inner radiance.
In this work, there is no dawn as the usual symbol of the birth of the day. This is a moment when darkness still holds space, but gold is already breaking through it. The tree trunks become conductors between two states - night and light, silence and hope.
This is a transitional painting, a bridge in the exhibition "I Walked Through the Night", which reminds us: light always lives within the darkness, you just have to let it shine.
