My name is Vanda Orlova (Vanda),
I am a Ukrainian artist who entered the TOP of the best artists in the world according to the most influential international rating agency Artfacts, invented my own technique “solarism”, is the author and implementer of unique art projects “Draw me a poem by Lina Kostenko” and “Mosaic of the Heritage of Ukraine”, a participant in numerous group exhibitions and international competitions, a winner of art awards and distinctions.
My conscious journey into the world of art began in 2021, when an inner desire to create turned into a purposeful exploration of my artistic consciousness.

I created the author's "solarism" technique, through which my works literally radiate light and heat. At the heart of my unique style is the sunshine (from the Latin "solar"), which I create using gold potal, layering and light effects.
My technique allows the canvases to change depending on the lighting angle, creating the effect of a living presence.
And I'm also fond of wall painting - for me it's a challenge that forces me to go beyond the usual, to expand my possibilities. When I paint the walls, I feel the freedom and the opportunity to create something grand that is not limited by the canvas.

My artistic path is a constant study of light, color and texture, the desire to convey emotions and deep meanings embedded in the harmony of forms and sunlight.
My art has already reached the international level: paintings participate in prestigious competitions and exhibitions and have found their place in private collections in Ukraine, USA, Italy, Canada and other countries. I especially appreciate that one of my works is in the collection of Lina Kostenko, whose poetic images inspire me.
My paintings have repeatedly participated in international competitions, including Jackson's Art Prize 2024 (UK), BBA Artist Prize 2024 (Berlin, Germany), The Chelsea International Fine Art Competition 2024 (USA) and International Art Maze Mag Competition (UK).
Being a part of these events allowed me to present my work on the world stage and gain recognition.
